More than a place to practice yoga.

Our Commitment

Eastside was created from a heartfelt desire to build a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and free to simply be. We provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming space to bring together community, and find movement that feels good to you.

Our Ethos

Yoga is for everyone.

All people, all bodies, all genders.

We are committed to your wellbeing, safety and comfort through creating a non-judgemental, inclusive space. We will guide you through classes in an intentional and accessible way.

It’s your practice.

Our teachers offer a guided practice in a safe and inclusive space. We invite you to explore a sequence of poses, but we always honour your individual practice. We encourage you to show up as you are, and move in the ways that feel good to you.

Rooted in connection.

Community is at the heart of our studio. Our studio is more than a place to practice yoga. We exist to create connection, cultivate community and support you - however that looks for you, on and off the mat.

Our Classes

  • A nourishing slow flow where fluid movement is guided by your breath, giving you time to explore between shapes.

This class is designed to help you move with intention in order to explore what feels good for your body.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their practice.

  • A progressive vinyasa practice incorporating breath, movement and strength. This is a fundamentally strong class, designed to build strength and confidence over time, through thoughtfully sequenced classes.

Please note, this class is designed for an intermediate level. Our Flow & Grow class builds upon your practice, helping you gain confidence and strength in more demanding poses.

Beginners may like to join one of our other classes first.

  • A beautifully calming Hatha based practice focused on breath and foundational poses.

Designed to be held and felt, this class supports nervous system regulation leaving you feeling strong, steady and grounded.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • A 30-minute vinyasa class for when you’re short on time, but seeking a reset for body and mind.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • A yin-style class where we hold a smaller number of poses for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes), giving you time to explore how your body feels in each shape.

Designed to help you relax deeply, release tension and find balance amidst the busyness of everyday life.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • A yoga-inspired practice for parents to explore poses and find moments of stillness, strength and connection.

Your babies and small children are invited to safely co-exist on your mat and in the studio for these sessions.

“Yoga is a neutral practice that builds strength and focus: what we use that focus and strength for is up to us. ”
