Mellow Movement

A beautiful slow flow where fluid movement is guided by your breath, giving you time to explore between shapes. This class is designed to help you move with intention in order to explore what feels good for your body. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their practice.

Flow & Grow

A progressive vinyasa practice incorporating breath, movement and strength. This is a fundamentally strong class, designed to build strength and confidence over time, through thoughtfully sequenced classes. Please note, this class is designed for an intermediate level. Our

Flow & Grow class builds upon your practice, helping you gain confidence and strength in more demanding poses. Beginners may like to join one of our other classes first.

Strong & Steady

A beautifully strong Hatha based practice focused on breath and foundational poses. Designed to be held and felt, this class supports nervous system regulation leaving you feeling strong, steady and grounded.

Suitable for all levels, with variations to find ease or challenge offered.

Express Flow

A 30-minute blend of both hatha and vinyasa class styles for when you’re short on time, but seeking a reset for body and mind.

Rest & Recover

A yin-based class where we hold a smaller number of poses for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes), giving you time to explore how your body feels in each shape. 

Designed to help you relax deeply, release tension and find balance amidst the busyness of everyday life.

Baby on Mat

A yoga-inspired practice for parents to explore poses and find moments of stillness, strength and connection.

Your babies and small children are invited to safely co-exist on your mat and in the studio for these sessions.
