Jack Sammut
Jack is a certified yoga teacher with a background in Vinyasa Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Vipassana meditation. Beginning his yoga journey in Melbourne in 2018, Jack immersed himself in asana practice before heading to India to cultivate a stronger meditation practice.
After completing his YTT in 2021, Jack started teaching a style of yoga that follows a flow that can be observed in nature; a progressive practice that enlivens the body and leaves you feeling a sense of connection and balance within.
Jack draws on his understanding of TCM to encourage you towards a sense of inner-awareness and harmony with natural rhythms; your own and that around you. Jack believes in making the practice of yoga accessible for everyone and his classes are intended to bring about subtle shifts towards greater self-love and gratitude.
